Our approach to shared prosperity

Your Money. Your Community.Your Share.

What if a financial platform could do more than help you make a payment? What if the people who use it, recommend it and help it grow could also have opportunities to benefit from its success?
This is the idea behind Shared Financial Prosperity — the principle that shapes how Penicent thinks about customers, technology, rewards and growth. We believe financial innovation should create value for the people it serves. Our approach is to explore practical ways to connect everyday financial activity with opportunities for participation, while building a business that can grow sustainably and responsibly.

Six commitments

01

Customers at the centre

Financial technology should begin with people's real needs.

We focus on making relevant financial activities easier to access and manage, from everyday payments to connected digital financial services. We want our products to be useful in people's daily lives, not simply another application competing for attention.

02

Rewards that recognise participation

Where available, Penicent Rewards may provide eligible customers with cashback or other benefits under clearly defined programme rules. Our intention is to create a more engaging relationship between the platform and its users. Rewards will depend on applicable eligibility requirements, qualifying activity, programme conditions and the economics of the relevant service.

Rewards are not automatic, guaranteed or available on every transaction. We aim to explain the applicable terms clearly so customers can understand how each programme works.

03

Earn With Me: growing through participation

Earn With Me is Penicent's approach to encouraging people to introduce others to the platform and participate in its growth. Eligible users may be able to share referral links or participate in qualifying activities that provide rewards under the applicable programme terms.

The idea is straightforward: when people help introduce useful services to their communities, there may be an opportunity to recognise that contribution. Earn With Me is not a promise of guaranteed income. Eligibility, qualifying activities, reward amounts and payment conditions are determined by the relevant programme terms.

04

Value for businesses and communities

Shared Financial Prosperity is not only about individual users. We also want to explore how Penicent can create value for merchants, entrepreneurs, service providers and other partners.

Through suitable partnerships and financial technology, our ambition is to support more connected ways for people and businesses to transact, engage with customers and participate in a growing digital financial ecosystem. The opportunities available will depend on the products, partnerships and services operating in each market.

05

Sustainable prosperity, not empty promises

For Shared Financial Prosperity to be meaningful, it must be built on a sustainable business model. We must invest in technology, manage costs, meet regulatory obligations, protect customers and maintain dependable services. Any rewards or participation programmes must be supported by clear rules and commercially sustainable arrangements.

We will not treat hypothetical benefits as guaranteed outcomes, nor suggest that using Penicent guarantees wealth, investment returns or a particular financial result.

06

Transparency and trust

We believe people should understand what a product does, what it costs, what information it requires and what conditions apply to any benefit offered.

Our approach is to communicate programme rules clearly, explain material limitations and continue improving how customers understand and use our services. Trust is not a slogan. It is something we must earn through our decisions and actions.

A different way to think about finance

Shared Financial Prosperity is both our guiding principle and a long-term commitment to the way we want Penicent to develop.

We want to build a platform where useful financial services, responsible innovation and opportunities for participation reinforce one another. The ambition is not simply to help money move.

It is to help the people behind that movement access more value and more opportunity.

Penicent. Finance Should Give More Back.
