How Penicent services are provided
Penicent is a fintech platform, not a bank.
Banking, payment, card and other financial services, where offered, may be provided by appropriately authorised third-party institutions or service providers under their respective terms. Where a service is provided by a partner, the identity of that provider, its regulatory status and the protections that apply will be disclosed to you in the app before you use the service.
The availability of services, currencies and features varies by market. Cashback, rewards and Earn With Me benefits are subject to eligibility criteria and applicable programme terms and are not guaranteed.

If you are unhappy with a Penicent service, please tell us so we can put it right. Contact us through the official support channel in the Penicent app or by email at support@penicent.com, including your name, the service concerned and any transaction reference.
Where a service is provided by a partner institution, that provider's complaints process and any applicable protections may also apply. Our Complaints Policy is available on request.
